Ms. Musukuma holds an MBA from Henley University of Reading, BBA-HR from Northwest University South Africa, and Diploma in HR from Evelyn Hone College of Applied Arts and Business Studies. She is also a Fellow with the  Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management. Ms. Musukuma has more than 20 years’ experience in Human Resource Management and Administration. She started her career in the field of Human Resource Management in 1992 at the Lusaka Water and Sanitation Company and later joined Danzas International Freight and Logistics as Human Resource Manager in 2002 before moving on to DHL Express in the same capacity up to 2004. Ms. Musukuma moved on to join Family Health International (FHI) in 2005, where she served for nine years in various portfolios including Human Resource Manager, Human Resource Advisor and Senior Human Resource Advisor for the FHI Country Office until July 2013.  She re-joined Lusaka Water and Sanitation Company as Director Human Resource & Administration in 2013 where she served for 4 years up to 2017. Ms Musukuma joined Investrust Bank as Head Human Resource and Administration in May 2017.
