Mr. Banda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Zambia and a Masters Degree in Economics from New Mexico State University in the USA.

He is the Managing Partner of Paul Norah Advocates, which is a Law Firm and a member of 152 local accounting and law firms in 160 Cities in 63 countries.
