Mr. Peter H Banda is an economist with over 30 years of practical experience in central banking at the Bank of Zambia where he retired in 2015. Mr. Banda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Zambia and a Masters Degree in Economics from New Mexico State University in the USA.

He started his Banking career at Finance Bank Zambia in 1999 before joining Barclays Bank Zambia in 2001 where he served in various portfolios which include being the Head of Retail Expansion

Mr Siakamwi Chikuba is a Legal Practitioner and holder of a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Zambia. He has more than ten (10) years' experience working as a Lawyer. He is the Managing Partner of Paul Norah Advocates, which is a Law Firm and a member of 152 local accounting and law firms in 160 Cities in 63 countries.
