Latest valuation report for the offered property 6. 3 Latest pay-slip if the application is for payroll backed loan and a recommendation letter from the employer confirming the employee and illegibility for the loan. (Risk Profile may require additional documentation) 7. NRC copy 8. Utility bill 9. Needs to be an account holder for at least six months 10. Call report done by bank personnel.
