The governance structure for Investrust is designed to ensure that the bank is managed in a sound and prudent manner. The Board of Directors is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the bank and for overseeing the management of the business. The Senior Management Team is responsible for the day-to-day running of the bank and for implementing the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors. The Audit Committee and the Risk Committee are responsible for overseeing the financial reporting and internal controls of the bank and for ensuring that risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated.
